Do these cycles end

Or does every generaton reinvent them?

We're back in the 1980s, reforming the culture.

New things being discovered new things being built.

It's always like the time before.

Then it was 1984.

Today it's 2022.

The cycle repeats

Now we have nostalgia for the 1980's,

a decade we didn't live in,

but as a product of remembering

has been glamarised by it's inhabitants.

Then, maybe it'll be 2090, and our culture will be looked back on by us and glamarised.

We'll make it there, don't worry nothing will stop us.

There might be a few hiccups along the way.

But so were they before.

The hurdles of progress became bigger and so did our tools to fight them.

So don't worry so much.

The future we search,

is loading still.

I'm more worried on what gets remembered

What lives forever.

What doesn't fade.

I guess just like everyone that ever lived.
